Job Description

Accounts & Admin:

1. Handling daily accounting operations up to finalization
2. Handling monthly payroll activities, scrutiny & entries of petty cash vouchers
3. Banking & all admin activities
4. Assisting during finalization of accounts for preparation of details & balance confirmations from bank, third party confirmation, scrutinizing and reconciling Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
5. Preparing various details & meeting requirements for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing and GST Audit

Taxation & Compliance:

1. Ensuring proper deduction, timely payment and Returns Compliance for TDS, GST, STPI, PF, PT, NPS and all other statutory compliances.
2. Drafting replies to notices issued by various Government Authorities

MIS & Budget Management:

1. Preparation, Analysis of Monthly Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement and all other MIS reports
2. Preparation, Analysis & Forecasting of Budget on monthly, quarterly & annual basis

Skills & Experience:

1. 8+ years of experience in accounting
2. Excellent knowledge of Tally Software, MS – Office
3. Experience in QuickBooks software is an added advantage
4. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in writing
5. Ability to multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities

Qualifications:

B. Com or M Com, CA Intern
