In this high-impact remote freelance role, you will help shape the next generation of artificial intelligence by serving as a technical subject‑matter expert training advanced large language models. Combining deep software engineering knowledge with full fluency in Chinese, you will rigorously evaluate, challenge, and refine model performance across algorithms, data structures, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure. Operating in a flexible, autonomous environment, your daily work involves conducting complex technical conversations in Chinese, diagnosing reasoning failures, and creating reproducible error traces to harden AI capabilities. By evaluating coding logic, natural language fluency, and secure development practices, you will directly influence how AI tools learn to solve complex engineering problems worldwide. Accountabilities:

• AI Model Testing & Evaluation: Converse with advanced language models on complex software engineering tasks in Chinese, evaluating logical accuracy, naturalness, and code correctness.


• Technical Domain Scenarios: Challenge models on advanced topics, including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and distributed systems.


• Error Tracing & Documentation: Capture detailed, reproducible error logs when models fail, providing metacognitive documentation (\"showing your work\") to harden model reasoning.


• Prompt & Metric Refinement: Suggest strategic improvements to prompt engineering frameworks and evaluation metrics to enhance future AI training pipelines.


• Code & Logic Verification: Review and correct generated code in Chinese across frontend, backend, algorithms, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming domains.

Requirements:

• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, web development, cloud systems, and secure programming practices.


• Language Fluency: Full professional fluency in Chinese (written and technical communication) alongside strong English comprehension.


• Education or Experience: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent real-world coding experience, technical writing in Chinese, or open-source contributions.


• Communication & Reasoning: Exceptional metacognitive communication skills with the ability to clearly break down and articulate complex technical reasoning step-by-step.
