We are seeking a skilled Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Hardware & Networking Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a field-based role that requires travel throughout Goa to conduct client installations, troubleshooting, and other related services.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Installation: Travel to client sites across Goa to install, configure, and maintain hardware and networking systems according to project requirements and industry best practices.
2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner. Troubleshoot network connectivity, device configuration, and software-related problems.
3. Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance activities, including hardware upgrades, software updates, and system optimizations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all installations, service visits, and client interactions. Prepare detailed reports and documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recommendations for future improvements.
5. Client Support and Training: Provide technical support to clients, including addressing their queries, providing guidance on system usage, and conducting training sessions as required.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Proven experience in hardware and networking installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Previous experience in a field-based role is highly desirable.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hardware components, networking protocols, and operating systems. Proficiency in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
4. Communication and Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
5. Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with regular travel across Goa to client sites. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
