Job summary

Bhatia Energy & Coal Benefication Pvt. Ltd. in Bilaspur requests an IT Executive / Plant Automation Engineer to maintain the plant's IT infrastructure and support automation systems.

The role covers LAN/WAN, RFID weighbridge software, SCADA/HMI/PLC coordination, hardware maintenance, ERP data inputs, and plant-wide IT helpdesk to minimize downtime of critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local area networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and server setups across the plant site and administrative offices.
• Oversee hardware, RFID readers, and software integration for automated truck weighbridges and coal dispatch logging.
• Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams to support SCADA, HMI, and PLC systems monitoring the coal crushing, screening, and washing circuits.
• Troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, biometric attendance systems, and plant-wide CCTV security surveillance networks.
• Help manage data inputs for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, generate daily production/dispatch logs, and ensure regular data backups.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for plant employees and ensure minimum downtime for critical operational systems.

• Infrastructure & Network Management: Maintain local area networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and server setups across the plant site and administrative offices.

• Weighbridge & Logistics Software Support: Oversee hardware, RFID readers, and software integration for automated truck weighbridges and coal dispatch logging.

• Plant Automation Support: Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams to support SCADA, HMI, and PLC systems monitoring the coal crushing, screening, and washing circuits.

• Hardware & CCTV Maintenance: Troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, biometric attendance systems, and plant-wide CCTV security surveillance networks.

• ERP & MIS Reporting: Help manage data inputs for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, generate daily production/dispatch logs, and ensure regular data backups.
