Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a commercial real estate analyst to perform appraisal-related analyses and financial modelling. You will handle cash flow projections, budgets, and reporting, using Argus Enterprise and MS Office tools.

Ideal candidates have 2–8 years in CRE, strong valuation knowledge, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. A CFA/MRICS/CPA/FRM or related degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, and/or real estate.
• 2–8 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in financial modelling.
• Proficient in valuation methods and approaches.
• Attention to detail and analytically minded.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, and execute at a high level.
• Proficient in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in Argus Enterprise would be a plus.
• Professional degrees like CFA, MRICS, CPA/CA, FRM would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly/Annual appraisals with support of MAI certified appraisers.
• Review and analyze budgets and final financial statements.
• Complete cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds.
• Complete quarterly summary reporting.
• Complete Argus Enterprise Review/Audit services.
• Prepare 10-year cash flow projection using Argus Enterprise reading appraisal reports, leases, Rent Roll and financial statements.
• Assist with overflow work from another daily account with an appraisal focus.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
