Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corporation in Navi Mumbai, India, is seeking an experienced real estate financial analyst to support appraisal, budgeting and cash flow analysis. You will prepare valuations, analyze budgets and financial statements, and contribute to 10-year projections using Argus Enterprise.

The role requires 2–8 years of CRE experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with valuation methods. CFA/MRICS/CPA/CA qualifications are a plus, and effective teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Masters / Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, and/or real estate.
• 2–8 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly/annual appraisals with MAI certified appraisers.
• Review budgets and final financial statements.
• Perform cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds.
• Prepare quarterly summary reporting.
• Prepare Argus Enterprise Review/Audit services.
• Prepare 10-year cash flow projections using Argus Enterprise.
• Assist with overflow work from another daily account with appraisal focus.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare quarterly/Annual appraisals with the support of MAI certified appraisers
• Review and analyze budgets and final financial statements
• Complete cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds
• Complete quarterly summary reporting
• Complete Argus Enterprise Review/Audit services
• Prepare 10-year cash flow projection using Argus Enterprise thereby reading through appraisal reports, leases, Rent Roll and financial statements
• Assist with overflow work from another daily account, which is more of an appraisal focus

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Masters / Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, and/or real estate
• 2 – 8 years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience in financial modelling
• Proficient in valuation methods and approaches
• Attention to detail and analytically minded
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, and execute at a high level
• Proficient in using excel, work, powerpoint and other Microsoft office tools
• Experience in Argus Enterprise would be a plus
• Professional degree like CFA, MRICS, CPA/CA, FRM would be a plus

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
