Job summary

Achievo Engineering Components Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a CO2 (MIG) Welder to join our production team.

You will read blueprints, set up welding machines, maintain equipment, and ensure weld quality while strictly following safety protocols. This role focuses on deep penetration welding for thick materials and requires precise shielding gas control to achieve strong joints, while contributing to efficient, safe manufacturing processes in a leading sealing components manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and interpreting welding symbols.
• Setting up welding machines and fixtures for CO2 MIG welding.
• Maintaining welding equipment and consumables to ensure reliability.
• Ensuring weld quality and adherence to production standards.
• Strictly following safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine weld paths and tolerances.
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment for CO2 shielding gas processes.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and integrity; document results.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
