Job description

As a Co-Founder of the organization, you will shape the vision, strategy, and growth trajectory of the company. You will collaborate with fellow co-founders and team members to drive innovation, build a strong culture, and pursue our mission of helping millions of students, freshers, and professionals PAN India to become job-ready in time.

Our aim is to view future talent as our workforce and to capture a share of the IT industry, with a goal of becoming a $5B company in the next 5 years by enabling a million+ people to enter the IT industry and contribute to a 1% share of a $500B market by 2030.

To expedite this vision, we have initiated Dolphin Tank India to guide, support, and protect aspiring, budding, and established professionals and entrepreneurs. Revenues from sales will be reinvested to support our cause of eradicating unemployability and creating employment opportunities for job-ready students, freshers, and professionals in our Industry Academia Community (IAC) across India and abroad.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with fellow Co-Founders to define the company's vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
• Drive continuous innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Team Building and Management:

• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team aligned with the company's values and culture.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members contribute ideas and work toward common goals.
• Provide ongoing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Product and Technology Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and launch of innovative products and features that deliver value and drive growth.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in product development and technology innovation.

Business Development and Partnerships:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence, reach, and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts to support growth and expansion.

Financial Management and Fundraising:

• Collaborate with the Founder and finance team to develop and manage the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital from investors and other sources to fuel growth.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support key priorities.

Qualifications

• Investment of minimum INR 18 Lakhs in Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. for ownership-level commitment.
• Proven experience as a successful entrepreneur, founder, or senior executive in a startup environment is desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Deep domain expertise in IT or Management, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on growth and value creation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses, and a tolerance for ambiguity and risk.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

• As per Indian startup stage market benchmarks. Deferred compensation structure for the next 6 months.
• Co-Founder ESOPs.
• Free seat in Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) worth INR 18 Lakhs.
