2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced 5-axis CNC Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in 5-axis machining and Heidenhain controllers for an opportunity in Poland.

The role requires developing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for advanced milling operations, including 3-axis, 3+2-axis, and full 5-axis paths. You will set up machines, verify tooling, interpret CAD drawings, and simulate programs using CAD/CAM tools like Ency or SprutCAM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on CNC programming, setting, or operating experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in 5-axis CNC machining and programming.
• Mandatory practical knowledge and experience with Heidenhain CNC controllers.
• Experience with Heidenhain TNC 640 or TNC7 is highly preferred.
• Experience with Hermle C 400 / C 400 U G2 or comparable 5-axis CNC machines is preferred.
• Knowledge of simultaneous 5-axis machining, 3+2-axis machining, machine setup, probing, and tool measurement.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Ency, SprutCAM, or other comparable systems.

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced 5-Axis CNC Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in 5-axis machining and Heidenhain controllers for an opportunity in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis milling machines.

Program 3-axis, 3+2-axis, and simultaneous 5-axis machining operations.

Set up CNC machines, configure tooling, and determine machining parameters.

Interpret 3D CAD models, technical drawings, tolerances, and engineering specifications.

Use CAD/CAM software to generate, simulate, and optimize machining programs.

Conduct collision checks, tool measurements, probing, and trial runs.

Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

Optimize cycle times, tool life, and overall production efficiency.

Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure safe, efficient machine operation.

Salary: PLN 9,000 to 13,000 gross per month (2,17,620 to 3,14,340 INR)

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on CNC programming, setting, or operating experience.

Mandatory hands-on experience in 5-axis CNC machining and programming.

Mandatory practical knowledge and experience with Heidenhain CNC controllers.

Experience with Heidenhain TNC 640 or TNC7 is highly preferred.

Experience with Hermle C 400 / C 400 U G2 or comparable 5-axis CNC machines is preferred.

Knowledge of simultaneous 5-axis machining, 3+2-axis machining, machine setup, probing, and tool measurement.

Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Ency, SprutCAM, or other comparable systems.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, 3D CAD models, tolerances, and surface-finish specifications.

Experience with robotic magazine systems or automated machining systems is an advantage.

Experience with CNC turning/lathes, live tooling, or driven tools is an additional advantage.

Knowledge of other controllers, including Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc, Okuma, or Mazak, is beneficial.

Preferred age: Up to 40 years.

Candidates must provide accurate details of their actual hands-on experience, including machine models, controllers, CAD/CAM software, and years of experience. Technical competencies will be verified during the client selection process.
