Job summary

Samvith Technologies is seeking a skilled CNC Engineer in Peenya, Bangalore (on site) with 6–8 years of experience. The role demands hands-on CNC machining expertise, 2D/3D programming, and familiarity with Siemens and Fanuc controls.

You will work across CAM software and develop fixtures, tooling, and processes for diverse materials. Candidate should be ready to travel to Win plants and supplier sites; collaboration with R&D, Design, and Production is essential to ensure on-time prototype

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on CNC machining center experience with turning/turn-mill centers.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D programming; Siemens and Fanuc systems.

Responsibilities

• Setup CNC machines and ensure quality compliance.
• Develop CNC processes, fixtures, and tooling; conduct cycle-time studies.
• Coordinate with R&D, Design, Production for prototypes and trials.
• Travel to Win plants and supplier sites as per project needs.

Designation :CNC Engineer

Location : Peenya, Bangalore

working : 6 days

Qualification: BE / Diploma Mechanical Eng.

Experience : 6 to 8 years of experience

• Hands on experience in CNC machining centers and Turning / Turn mill centers
• Good in CNC 2D and 3D programming, working with different systems Siemens and Fanuc
• Experience in working with CAM software Master CAM / Solid CAM / other
• CNC mfg. process, Cycle time study.
• Thorough knowledge on development of Fixtures and CNC tooling
• Knowledge on study of drawing, GD&T requirement, process development
• Selection of machines, features, selection of tooling, machining parameters in working with
• different materials like Steel, Cast Iron and Aluminum- Forgings, Profiles and Rounds
• Machine setup and ensure quality compliance
• Knowledge on PFD and PFMEA, APQP process of new product development.
