Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals.
2. Ability to solve complex hardware and software-related issues.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
6. Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and network equipment configurations.
7. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
8. Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
9. Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
10. Hands-on Cisco device networking experience including routers and switches.

Location: Cochin

Experience: 6 Months - 1.5 Years
