Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responding to client support requests.
• DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Video conferencing system.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
• Providing instructions or directly setting up desktop hardware.
• Setting up and testing desktop computer peripherals.
• Conducting remote desktop troubleshooting for end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
