CEDCOSS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow is seeking a CMS Designer to design, update, and maintain website and landing pages across CMS platforms.

You will build clean, responsive, and conversion-focused page layouts that align with brand guidelines. You will work with developers, content writers, and marketing teams, translating campaign requirements into effective web-page designs, using WordPress, HubSpot, and other CMS tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CMS design or related experience.
• Hands-on CMS design with WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD.
• Understand mobile-first, responsive, cross-browser layouts.
• Basic HTML/CSS for templates and styling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, update, and maintain website pages and landing pages across CMS platforms.
• Create clean, responsive, user-friendly, and conversion-focused page layouts.
• Implement design changes across CMS templates, sections, and modules.
• Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, alignment, visual hierarchy, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure pages are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
• Manage multiple page requests and deliverables while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Build and update landing pages, website pages, blog templates, and modules in HubSpot CMS (Good to Have).
• Work with HubSpot themes, drag-and-drop editor, and custom modules (Good to Have).
• Support email template design and layout when required (Good to Have).
• Integrate AI tools into daily design and execution workflows.
• Use AI for layout ideation, design variations, copy suggestions, image generation, and iteration.
• Explore relevant AI design tools that improve speed, quality, and productivity.
• Work closely with developers, content writers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
• Translate business and campaign requirements into effective web-page designs.
• Take ownership of assigned pages and ensure timely delivery.
• Document reusable templates, components, and workflows where required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in CMS design, web design, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow, Wix, HubSpot, or a similar CMS.
• Proficiency with Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or an equivalent design tool.
• Understanding of mobile-first, responsive, and cross-browser layouts.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML / CSS for template, styling, and layout adjustments.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including spacing, typography, alignment, hierarchy, consistency, and visual balance.
• Strong visual sense and an eye for clean, modern, user-friendly design.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.
• Proactive use of AI tools to improve design quality and execution speed.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work effectively.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or examples of relevant web, CMS, landing-page, or UI work will be an advantage.
• Good to Have: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS, themes, modules, and drag-and-drop editor.
• Good to Have: Exposure to landing-page CRO, including CTA placement, forms, layout testing, and user flow.
• Good to Have: Familiarity with Google Analytics or HubSpot analytics for understanding page performance.
• Good to Have: Basic understanding of SEO-friendly page structure and web accessibility.
