Job Requirements

Main requirement of this role is to support the maintenance and repair process for equipment in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining SAP Master data for the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing LSMW templates for creation and modification of PM plans based on equipment strategy provided by subject matter experts.
• Preparing LSMW templates for creation and modification of material codes based on inputs from site.
• Updating and maintaining tracker for PM change tickets.
• Detailed analysis of existing PM master data of the facility for anomalies and proposing solutions.
• Preparing monthly reports and presentations for the client.
• Planning and executing SAP support activities related to SAP – Plant Maintenance. Familiar with creation of entire master data: maintenance plans, maintenance items, task list, object list, measuring point, counters, PM work centre, control key, scheduling parameters.
• Viewing and understanding the equipment master configuration, technical equipment, functional location, work centre and bill of material (BOM).
• Understanding client requirements, functional specifications and providing solutions to configure the system accordingly.

Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) from a recognized university.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on working experience in field plant maintenance in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on working experience with SAP PM (implementation/support projects).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS. Detailed knowledge of SAP plant maintenance master data, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, preventive maintenance, calibration process and refurbishment process.
• Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of drawings and documents e.g., P&ID, PFD, SLD, layout, OEM manual, etc.
• Knowledge of Excel macro and SAP scripting will be an added advantage.
