Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Cluster Sales Coordinator to assist operationally and administratively in achieving department sales and revenue targets. You will provide excellent service to guests and support the sales team in day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality or tourism management background with at least 2 years in hotel operations and strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
