Tata Capital Wealth Management in Pune seeks a seasoned professional to lead business development and portfolio performance analysis for HNI/UHNIs. You will own client acquisition, profiling, product offerings, and revenue optimisation across the region.

Role demands MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent with AMFI/NISM, IRDA certifications, strong relationship management, and experience in wealth management. You will build brand presence and deliver superior service to meet long-term investment goals.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent required.
• AMFI/NISM/IRDA certifications preferable.

Responsibilities

• Managing PL of the Region and building market share.
• Own and establish Tata Capital Wealth Management brand for the region.
• Recruitment, nurture talent, and hand-holding.
• Review team performance for revenue optimisation.
• Co-own clients of the team and address HNI/UHNI investment needs.
• Provide exclusive investment products and superior service delivery.
• Support marketing plans to acquire new corporate clients.
• Profile customers and provide financial products to meet needs.

• Assisting the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space and formulate acquisition initiatives.
• Acquisition and Handling a group of HNI( High Net Worth Exclusive) and UHNIs Clients
• Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
