Job summary

Tata Capital in Bengaluru seeks a dynamic leader to drive regional growth in wealth management. You will own client relationships, address HNI and UHNI investment needs, and lead a capable team to deliver exclusive product solutions with superior service.

Role includes building the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand in the region, recruiting and nurturing talent, and coordinating marketing plans to acquire corporate clients and grow revenues over time.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent required.
• AMFI/NISM and IRDA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PL of the region and build market share.
• Own and establish Tata Capital Wealth Management brand for the region.
• Recruit, nurture talent and hand-hold the team.
• Review team performance for revenue optimisation.
• Co-own client relationships and address HNI/UHNI investment needs.
• Drive marketing plans to acquire new corporate customers.
• Acquire and handle a group of HNI/UHNI clients and profiles.
• Profile customers and offer financial products to meet needs.

• Assisting the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space and formulate acquisition initiatives.
• Acquisition and Handling a group of HNI( High Net Worth Exclusive) and UHNIs Clients
• Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
