Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks an experienced Cluster Business Manager for Secured & Unsecured Lending to lead regional sales efforts across States. You will manage a team of 7 reportees, drive budgets, and coordinate with branches on product distribution to grow the portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years in lending, MBA or UG/PG, strong communication, and a track record in cross-sell and collections. You will collaborate with Credit & Risk on product rollouts and ensure audit-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Secured lending / unsecured lending business.
• 10+ years of overall experience.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales volumes.
• Build relevant sales structure for state/region.
• Work with branches on products and distribution to build the portfolio.
• Achievement of cross sell targets.
• Responsible for soft bucket collections and maintain delinquency as per desired level.
• Work closely with Credit & Risk departments on product & process roll outs.
• Adhere & roll out Audit compliance /requirement to Sales vertical.
• Budget planning.
• Responsible for metrics IRR, process fee & ATS.
• Drive cross sell initiatives like insurance and other products through the team and branches.
