We are seeking an Airport Representative to join our dynamic team at a leading tour operations company. As an Airport Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating logistics with various stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling guest arrival with pick-up request and arrange transportation.
• Assist the guest with their luggage as when required.
• Be present at all scheduled flight landings and assist incoming guests.
• Be present at the arrival terminal for every flight arrival that has been assigned.
• Any changes on arrival or departure of flight should be reported to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all facilities and services that are offered by the hotel.
• Maintain good relationship with airline personnel, immigration and customs officers under the guidance of the manager.
