Overview

Role Overview: The CloudOps Engineer II will help with support, research, implementation, and maintenance of a multitiered fuel and retail cross-marketing system, payments, and data insights. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, deploying and troubleshooting of our distributed applications. The candidate will also help with development and adapting frameworks to fit industry best practices and coordinating these activities among the Development QA and Product teams. They will be responsible for coordinating with the appropriate departments on research of and remedies for software bugs and issues found during QA, beta, and production implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain/monitor servers
• Common task automation

• After hours weekly On-Call rotation
• Leverage all ESP capabilities to successfully deploy campaigns, create reports and manage subscriber lists
• Promote and develop a holistic, data-driven approach that supports our members and participants, while remaining agile and innovative

Qualifications

• Have some SQL writing Experience
