Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on issues related to the Windows Environment and hardware, resolving hardware and OS-related problems.
• Troubleshoot access-related issues, including OS, share permissions, user profiles, and performance issues.
• Administer network components such as switches, routers, and access points.
• Manage centralized authentication systems (Active Directory).
• Responsible for level 2 engineering of Windows Active Directory Domain Services based on Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
• Configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and servers.
• Install and maintain AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments.
• Install and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Troubleshoot server/cloud server problems with root cause analysis.
• Maintain system efficiency and make recommendations for upgrades.
• Evaluate and modify system performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
