Qualifications

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Willingness to learn cloud security and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Assist with basic automation tasks using scripts (Python/Bash) or IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Participate in setting up and monitoring CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cloud service maintenance and day-to-day operational activities.
• Support the monitoring and management of compute services and cloud resources.
• Support observability tracking, including monitoring, logging, alerts, and resource health.
• Support incident response by triaging alerts, logging issues, and escalating as needed.
• Help track and report on cloud resource usage and cost optimization opportunities.
• Help maintain and update documentation for infrastructure, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Review basic security compliance checks, including IAM policies and access reviews.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of cloud computing and a strong interest in learning cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud security practices.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Cloud certification is an added advantage.
