Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Cloud Migration Engineer to assess current solutions and migrate applications and data to cloud environments using private and public cloud tech. You will plan, deliver, and implement scalable, high-performance migration solutions for next-generation business outcomes.

The role requires Tibco Administration expertise and 7-8 years total experience, with 5+ years in middleware support in 24/7 operations. Expect 24/7 coverage and Linux/Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Tibco EMS/ActiveMQ environments on Linux and Windows
• Provide production support including incident resolution, production changes, deployments, and upgrades
• Perform system updates, patching, monitoring, and health checks to ensure stability and high availability
• Build and maintain messaging infrastructure (brokers, clusters, SL/TLS, security, high availability)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with brokers, client applications, and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with development teams to design, integrate, and support JMS-based messaging solutions
• Work in a process oriented, fast paced team environment with rotational shift coverage (24/7 support)
• Use Linux expertise for log analysis, system troubleshooting, and automation
• Experience in installing and configuring Tibco FMS/MQ on Linux, including setting up brokers and clusters
• Strong background in managing production environments, handling incidents, problem management, and executing production changes in a controlled manner
• Skilled in monitoring tools, dashboards, and proactive system checks, with expertise in system updates, patching, version upgrades, and performance Cuming
• Hands-on expertise in diagnosing broker and application issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, and supporting production systems
• Proficient in Linux environments with shell access, performance monitoring, and system resource optimization
• Ability to create Bash scripts for automation, log monitoring, and scheduled maintenance tasks
• Practical experience in SS1 /11 S configuration and administration, along with user authentication and authorization
• Experienced in collaborating with development teams to design and deliver messaging solutions aligned with business needs
