Job summary

UST in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior DevOps professional focused on cloud cost optimization across Azure and AWS. The role emphasizes cost governance, budgeting, anomaly detection and effective stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in build/release or DevOps, a CS/IT degree, and strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving abilities to drive cost efficiency and reporting across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in build and release and/or DevOps , Azure
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or related experience
• Experience with cloud cost management and optimization across Azure and AWS

• Azure and AWS cost management and optimization
• Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, MACC (Azure) and AWS Savings Plans / Compute Optimizer analysis
• Cost dashboards, budget alerts, and anomaly detection across both cloud platforms
• Tagging governance and chargeback reporting
• FinOps tooling and reporting, Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, and third-party tools
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem-solving skills and learning attitude.
