Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited seeks an Analyst for FinOps to lead cost optimization across cloud and on-premise environments. You will analyze spend data, design governance models, and help shape propositions for clients in collaboration with CIOs, CTOs and CFOs.

The role requires strong cloud cost management expertise, ability to translate business goals into cost-saving strategies, and experience with multi-cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic FinOps discussions with clients, identifying cost-saving opportunities and aligning cloud financial management with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Cloud Center of Excellence teams.
• Analyze cloud and on-premise spend data to identify cost optimization opportunities across compute, storage, network, and licensing.
• Design and deliver cost governance models, optimization roadmaps, and actionable recommendations using Accenture's IP and assets.
• Support pre-sales and sales efforts by shaping FinOps propositions, building client pitches, and participating in proposal development.
• Identify and develop new FinOps opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
• Leverage strong cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, other CSPs) to recommend cost-efficient designs and architectures.
• Knowledge of on-prem infrastructure cost modeling and software licensing optimization.
