Job summary

IDX is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure and DevOps team in Vadodara. The role focuses on managing cloud environments, application servers, and automation workflows in a 24x7 production setup.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of Cloud/System Administration experience, strong AWS knowledge, and hands-on Jenkins, Docker, and scripting skills. Rotational shifts and global collaboration are part of the pace.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Cloud/System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS tools and services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, Docker, SSL, DNS.
• Good understanding of web technologies and application servers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IIS/Apache/Nginx web servers.
• Deploy and configure .NET applications on IIS/Apache/Nginx with SSL integration.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot application/server issues.
• Manage and secure Windows and Linux OS environments, including upgrades and patches.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Ensure SLA-based resolution of incidents and execution of changes.
• Configure AWS services (EC2, Route53, S3, CloudFront, ECS, VPC, RDS).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker).
• Handle networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS).
• Provide production support in a 24x7 environment, including rotational shifts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cloud technologies and system administration with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver solutions in a 24x7 production environment.
