Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Cloud Engineer I to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure supporting our global SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce security, automate deployments, and improve performance.

The role requires 4–7 years in cloud engineering, plus strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools. A mix of remote/hybrid work is available in a designated location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, with 4–7 years in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Master's degree preferred; professional certifications in cloud platforms welcomed.
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise software environment is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments is a plus.
