Job summary

Orion Innovation seeks a Senior Technical Owner for migration execution in India. You will set delivery standards, lead engineers on the ground, and serve as the technical counterpart to the PMO on engagements.

You will own technical delivery quality across regional migrations, mentor delivery engineers, translate requirements into actionable migration plans, and drive repeatable patterns while contributing to tooling improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or migration delivery in senior/lead capacity.
• Hands-on migration of workloads to/from AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud.
• Strong Linux and Windows Server fundamentals; virtualization, networking, storage, OS internals.
• Experience with migration tooling and enterprise-scale cutover orchestration.
• Ability to lead a small delivery team and own outcomes end to end.
• Clear communicator with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating independently across regional time zones.

What You Bring

• Strong Linux and Windows Server fundamentals, plus virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V); networking (VPNs, routing, firewalls, hybrid connectivity), storage, and OS internals.
• Experience with migration tooling and cutover orchestration at enterprise scale.
• Ability to lead a small delivery team and own outcomes end to end.
• Clear communicator with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating independently across regional time zones.

Bonus Points

• Experience in partner-led or funded migration programs.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
