Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Cloud Delivery Engineer with 9+ years of experience to design, automate, and deliver GCP infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. You will own end-to-end cloud delivery pipelines, implement IAM as code, and collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance across environments.

Role requires strong Terraform and Ansible expertise, plus hands-on CI/CD experience with Cloud Build or GitHub Actions. Hyderabad-based or remote in India options may apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a strong IaC focus.
• Expert-level Terraform skills including module development, remote state, workspaces, and provider management.
• Strong Ansible experience including roles, inventories, dynamic inventories, and Ansible Vault.
• Solid GCP knowledge covering core services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud SQL.
• Experience managing GCP IAM programmatically using Terraform.
• Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD integration for infrastructure pipelines.
• Understanding of GCP networking: VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, Cloud NAT, and DNS.
• Experience with Linux systems administration and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Terraform modules for GCP infrastructure including GKE, Cloud SQL, Networking, IAM, and GCS
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for configuration management, application deployment, and operational automation
• Own the end-to-end cloud delivery pipeline: provisioning, configuration, testing, and deployment to production
• Integrate Terraform and Ansible workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Implement GCP IAM policies as code, enforcing least-privilege access and separation of duties across environments
• Manage Terraform state backends using GCS and enforce module versioning and registry standards
• Perform infrastructure drift detection and remediation using Ansible and Terraform plan workflows
• Build reusable, well-documented Terraform modules and Ansible collections for use across delivery teams
• Collaborate with security teams to embed compliance controls into infrastructure pipelines
• Support GKE cluster provisioning and day-2 operations using Terraform and Helm
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide IaC recommendations for new GCP workloads
• Contribute to internal developer platform tooling for self-service cloud provisioning

Your Role

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Delivery Engineer having min. 9 years of experience with deep expertise in Terraform and Ansible to automate, provision, and deliver infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
