Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a Cloud Data Engineer in Bangalore with 7–9 years of experience in cloud data and analytics platforms. You will work with AWS/Azure/GCP ecosystems, focusing on Azure analytics tools and data warehousing concepts.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and PySpark skills, with hands-on experience in Azure services like Data Factory, Synapse, and Event Hubs. Immediate notice period is preferred and Agile practices are valued.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in cloud data and analytics platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• At least 3+ years with Azure analytical tools.
• 5+ years in data & analytics concepts: SQL, ETL/ELT, reporting, visualization, data warehousing.
• 3+ years IT concepts: integrations, encryption, authn/authz, batch/real-time processing, CI/CD, automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure data analytics tools (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
• Azure services: Functions, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Synapse Serverless SQL Pools, Event Hubs.
• Strong coding: SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Experience with streaming data: Kafka or Azure Event Hubs; unstructured streaming data valued.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling, star schemas, slowly changing dimensions.

Overall, 7 to 9 years of experience in cloud data and analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Including 3+ years experience with Azure cloud Analytical tools is a must

• Including 5+ years of experience working with data & analytics concepts such as SQL, ETL, ELT, reporting and report building, data visualization, data lineage, data importing & exporting, and data warehousing

• Including 3+ years of experience working with general IT concepts such as integrations, encryption, authentication & authorization, batch processing, real-time processing, CI/CD, automation

• Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies and services, specifically around Azure Data Analytics tools
