Infor is seeking a techno-functional WFM Consultant in Hyderabad with 3+ years of experience in Infor WFM. The role focuses on implementing, enhancing, and supporting Infor WFM solutions with a strong blend of functional and technical skills. The candidate will work primarily for AMER region clients and may require night shifts.

Department: Infor Consulting Services. Location: Hyderabad. On-call and off-hours support may be needed to ensure business-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) solutions with hands-on implementation, enhancement, and support.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge with hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Groovy, APIs, Web Services, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a core member of the IMS WFM team with customers, stakeholders, and Infor teams.
• Support configuration, customization, enhancements, and user enablement for Infor WFM solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Infor WFM enhancements and customizations, prioritizing MVS, T&A, and LFSO modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical design.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex application and integration challenges.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and change management artifacts.
• Participate in on-call and off-hours support as required.

We are seeking a techno-functional WFM Consultant with 3+ years of experience in the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) suite. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, enhancing, and supporting Infor WFM solutions, with strong functional and technical knowledge to effectively address business requirements primarily for customers in AMER region which requires working in night shift.

Responsibilities

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Collaborate as a core member of the IMS WFM team, working closely with customers, business stakeholders, and Infor team members across various functions and levels.
• Leverage and enhance techno-functional expertise in the Infor WFM suite and related third-party technologies to support application configuration, customization, enhancements, and user enablement initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Infor WFM enhancements and customizations, with primary focus on:

• Multi-Viewer Scheduler (MVS) for advanced workforce scheduling and operational visibility.
• Time & Attendance for workforce time management, compliance, and pay rule administration.
• Labor Forecasting and Budgeting (LFSO) for demand-based planning and labour optimization.

• Analyse customer business requirements and objectives, translating them into effective functional and technical solutions that align with business needs.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution support for complex application, configuration, and integration challenges.
• Guide customers in effectively utilizing Infor WFM tools and capabilities to maximize operational efficiency and business value.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Mentor and support junior consultants by sharing knowledge, promoting best practices, and assisting with solution design and problem resolution.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and change management artifacts.
• Participate in on-call, standby, and off-hours support activities as required to support business-critical operations

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ss years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, with hands-on experience in implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge with hands-on experience in developing custom solutions using Java/J2EE, Groovy Scripting, APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), JavaScript.
• Experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Infor WFM applications to meet business requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience developing and supporting reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos or similar reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts, scheduling practices, labor compliance, and timekeeping processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, data interfaces, and batch processing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders in a consulting or support environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within global, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to participate in on-call or off-hours support as required

• Responsible for supporting IMS customers from AMER Region.
• Addressing techno-functional issues (ticket based) issues.
• Meet the ticket SLAs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels.
• Work on development/retrofitting of customizations.
• Responsible for supporting both Cloud and On-Prem customers
