You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal and external technical teams
- Translating design requirements and designing test scope
- Designing and implementing automated solutions for tasks like building, testing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure
- Maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure
- Monitoring performance, diagnosing errors, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary changes to optimize system performance
- Developing or modifying code to automate tasks or meet business requirements
- Analyzing operations and developing new solutions for improving efficiency
- Managing complex cloud environments, including security and compliance measures for protecting data
- Creating different scripts for automating repetitive tasks
- Monitoring system performance, conducting capacity planning, and providing recommendations to improve service levels
- Setting up and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the software release process
Required education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise:
- Understanding of enterprise microservices architectures and implementations
- Excellent troubleshooting, follow-through, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in installing and deploying solutions to Kubernetes (OpenShift preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of hybrid-cloud software implementations, SaaS / IaaS / PaaS, and cloud applications
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on experience in Linux package porting, container technologies, Kubernetes, Docker, virtualization management, REST API, catalog services, microservices, DevOps CI/CD Jenkins, Travis skills
- Experience with Python/Java/C programming
- Knowledge of observability solutions and tools
- Cloud-native development and deployment
- Hands-on with technology and able to create demo assets and showcase to customers, conduct PoCs, run enablement sessions
- Ability to interlock, understand, and engage with various stakeholders and communicate status
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Writing and executing unit, functional, and integration test cases

- Python Expert
- Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins skills
- Selenium, Python, Java
- Exposure to source code management tools
- Exposure to porting of packages
- Z Systems experience and exposure to catalog services, microservices
- Prior experience/exposure to storage, networking, and security would be an added advantage
- Prior experience with machine learning libraries would be an added advantage
