Zlendo Technologies in Navi Mumbai, India, seeks an experienced Cloud Architecture & DevOps lead to design scalable cloud platforms, ensure resilience, and guide cross-functional teams across development, security, and operations. The role focuses on governance, automation, and best practices across AWS and Google Cloud environments.

You will mentor juniors, implement monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response, while optimizing costs and documenting architectures to align with enterprise

Qualifications

• Strong cloud computing skills with AWS and Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of virtualization, containerization, microservices, and serverless computing.
• 6 to 9+ years hands-on experience in managing Application middleware technology.
• 5+ years deploying, operating and debugging server software on Linux & Windows at scale.
• 2+ years Cloud Native Application Support.
• 1+ years production hands-on Kubernetes/Docker experience.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Experience architecting integrated stack solutions in enterprise scale production.
• Understanding of Java, Python, DotNet.
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python, Perl.
• Solid TCP/IP networking knowledge; DNS/HTTP.
• Understanding of CI/CD approaches.
• Experience in agile scrum, DevOps in enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Leverage cloud technology and platform capabilities to provide operationally sustainable solutions
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to EA on health and performance of production systems
• Implement monitoring, alerting, scale-up / scale-down strategies based on various utilization metrics
• Identify single points of failure and other high-risk architecture issues; propose and implement more resilient resolutions
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture blueprints and documentation to ensure consistency and alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, security, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based systems.
• Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices
• Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle components that impact enterprise wide development / architecture standards
• Ensures data privacy across all cloud platforms
• Provides guidance and leadership on designing performance solutions within a cloud platform
• Provides reasoned opinions about the cloud platforms design
• Provides cost-efficient solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensure adherence to architecture principles and standards.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging cloud technologies and services to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Responding to production incidents and determining how we can prevent them in the future
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures
• Participate in release cycles &, integrating with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) tools, monitoring, and change management
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to see products through from conception to delivery
• Manage System documentation and participate in BCP, DR exercises for the Program's Services
• Write scripts and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash
• Improving continuous integration and delivery systems
• troubleshooting, debugging and incident resolution for CloudNative applications, systems & infrastructure platforms.

Required Skills & Education

• Strong technical skills in cloud computing, including experience with public and private cloud platforms such as AWS & Google Cloud.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing principles, including virtualization, containerization, microservices, and serverless computing.
• 6 to 9+ years of hands-on experience in managing Application middleware technology
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in deploying, operating and debugging server software on Linux & Windows at scale
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Native Application Support
• 1+ years of production hands-on experience in Kubernetes/Docker container technology
• Hands-on experience with orchestration and system configuration tools (Terraform, Ansible , etc)
• Experience architecting integrated stack solutions (storage, network, compute) within an enterprise scale production environment
• Understanding of with functional programming languages (like Java, & Python, DotNet)
• Experienced with Scripting languages (like bash shell, PowerShell, Python, Java, Perl)
• Solid understanding of standard TCP/IP networking and common protocols like DNS and HTTP
• Understanding of major CI/CD approaches
• Experience with working in agile scrum teams, development, testing and DevOps in an enterprise software development environment
• Extensive knowledge of software build, test & deploy processes using Jenkins, Docker/containers, Kubernetes
• Intermediate level: Interpersonal and communication skills
