Job summary

TIGI HR is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, governance, and operations for a dual-cloud environment across Microsoft Azure and AWS in India.

You will own cloud landing zones, reference architectures, networking, identity, DNS, security controls, and FinOps practices, while remaining hands-on with engineering and production deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cloud/platform roles with 2+ years in architecture.
• Proven production experience with Azure and AWS.
• Current Azure and AWS professional certifications.
• Strong expertise in networking, IAM, landing zones, governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, databases, networks, containers, and serverless.
• Lead migrations, modernization, and hybrid architectures.
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform; CloudFormation, Bicep/ARM experience is a plus.
• Architect IAM, SSO, federation, and least-privilege access.
• Manage cloud networking, DNS, certificates, and hybrid connectivity.
• Collaborate with security teams on monitoring, audits, and incident response.
• Establish cost controls, forecasting, and FinOps practices.
• Define reliability standards, SLOs, runbooks, and incident management.
• Mentor engineering teams and document architecture.

Role Summary

• Lead the architecture, implementation, governance, and operational excellence of a dual-cloud environment across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Develop scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud platforms while remaining hands-on with engineering and production implementations.
• Own cloud landing zones, reference architectures, networking, identity, DNS, security controls, and FinOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure covering compute, storage, databases, networking, containers, and serverless services.
• Drive cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, hybrid architectures, and workload placement decisions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; Bicep, ARM, and CloudFormation experience is advantageous.
• Architect IAM, SSO, federation, least-privilege access, and governance across Azure Entra ID and AWS IAM.
• Manage cloud networking, DNS, domains, certificates, and hybrid connectivity.
• Partner with security teams on monitoring, SIEM, compliance, audits, and incident response.
• Establish cloud cost controls, forecasting, optimization, and FinOps practices.
• Define reliability standards, SLOs, runbooks, and incident-management processes.
• Mentor engineering teams and maintain high-quality architecture documentation.

Required

• 6+ years of cloud/platform experience, including 2+ years in architecture.
• Proven production experience with both Azure and AWS.
• Current professional-level certifications in Azure and AWS.
• Strong expertise in networking, IAM, Terraform, landing zones, governance, and enterprise cloud architecture.
