Job summary

IT By Design seeks a Senior Cloud Architect for AWS and Azure in Delhi to design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC. You will build CI/CD pipelines, drive security and governance, and implement IAM across platforms.

You will also mentor engineers and collaborate with clients on cloud solutions. Candidates should have 5–7+ years in cloud architecture, strong cloud security knowledge, and fluency with PowerShell and Python for automation.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Cloud Infrastructure/Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS + Azure.
• Terraform expertise.
• Azure DevOps, Entra ID, Intune, Azure Policy, CA.
• AWS services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, Organizations, Control Tower.
• PowerShell and/or Python.
• Cloud security: Security Hub, GuardDuty, Defender for Cloud.
• Understanding of NIST/CIS, DevSecOps, networking, and cloud governance.
• Excellent client communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS & Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Drive cloud security, governance, cost optimization, and compliance across multi-cloud environments.
• Implement IAM solutions using Entra ID/Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta/Duo.
• Automate infrastructure and operations using PowerShell, Python, AWS CLI, Azure CLI, and APIs.
• Design cloud networking, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Engage directly with clients, understand requirements, and present cloud solutions.
• Support AI/ML cloud infrastructure including LLM, API, data pipeline, vector DB, and RAG architectures.
• Mentor engineers and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
