Talent et au-dela is seeking a hands-on Cloud Architect to own the Azure-based platform powering a leading Retail SaaS product. You will design and evolve an AKS-centric, container-native platform, ensuring SaaS-scale stability, multi-tenancy, and efficient cost management.

You will lead CI/CD pipelines, IaC workflows, and platform governance. You are a systems thinker who mentors engineers, documents decisions, and selects the right tool for the job.

Competenze

• BE/BTech in engineering with 5–8 years hands-on experience.
• Strong AKS design, operations, Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes networking.
• Production-grade Terraform or Bicep, cloud architecture patterns.

Mansioni

• Own design and evolution of AKS as the hosting platform.
• Design multi-tenant cluster topology and auto-scaling.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions with GitOps.
• Drive IaC with Terraform or Bicep and blue-green/canary releases.
• Design hub-spoke VNet, private endpoints, DNS, and egress optimisation.
• Define RTO/RPO targets, DR architecture and HA for critical workloads.
• Build Azure cost models, lead monthly cost reviews, drive tagging governance.

Our client A leading Retail SaaS product company is looking for a hands-on Cloud Architect to own and evolve the modern application platform behind their retail SaaS suite. You'll design and build a container-native platform on Azure that is scalable, stable and manageable at SaaS scale. You'll also be the go‑to technical authority for platform engineering decisions.

What you'll do

• Own the design and evolution of AKS as the primary hosting platform, including the migration path from IaaS to containers
• Design cluster topology for SaaS scale: multi-tenancy, node pools, namespaces, HPA/VPA/KEDA auto‑scaling
• Architect and own CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, using GitOps practices (Flux/ArgoCD)
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform or Bicep, plus blue‑green and canary release patterns
• Design hub‑spoke VNet topology, private endpoints, DNS and egress optimisation
• Define RTO/RPO targets, DR architecture and HA for critical workloads
• Build Azure cost models, lead monthly cost reviews and drive tagging governance
• Write ADRs and contribute to Well‑Architected Framework reviews

Good to have

• AWS/GCP architecture exposure (strong advantage)

Certifications

• Required: AZ-104 + AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert strongly preferred)
• Preferred: CKA/CKAD, AZ-400, AZ-700
• Good to have: AZ-500
• Significant advantage: AWS SA Associate / GCP Professional Cloud Architect

Who you are

A systems thinker who designs with teams rather than handing designs to them. You document decisions, treat cost as a first‑class design constraint and mentor L1/L2 engineers. You also pick the right tool for the job, not just the familiar one.

Qualification & Must-have skills

• BE / BTech with 5 – 8 year’s experience level and should be hands on technologist.
• Strong experience in AKS design and operations, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes networking, scaling and upgrades
• Production‑grade Terraform or Bicep
• Advanced Azure IaaS/PaaS, architecture patterns and landing zones
• CI/CD and GitOps (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Flux/ArgoCD, Jenkins)
• Hub‑spoke networking, NSG, DNS, private endpoints
