Job summary

Live Connections is seeking a Cloud Security Architect to lead security-by-design across cloud and hybrid environments. You will design and maintain security architectures, review designs, and drive risk assessments and remediation actions.

The role requires hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and deep knowledge of security standards such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001. Collaboration with risk, compliance, and infrastructure teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of experience in Cloud Security, Security Architecture, or Information Security.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP security services.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud security architecture frameworks and reference architectures.
• Review cloud solution designs to ensure security requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct cloud security risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews.
• Identify security gaps and remediation actions; coordinate with security, risk, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide security architecture guidance for cloud transformation initiatives and governance.
• Support secure adoption of AI, Generative AI, and LLM solutions within cloud environments.
• Drive security governance and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), IAM, PAM, CSPM, and Data Protection controls.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Security Architect to drive security-by-design principles, support cloud transformation initiatives, and provide security architecture leadership across complex cloud and hybrid environments.

• Design and maintain cloud security architecture frameworks, standards, and reference architectures
• Develop secure architecture patterns across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Review cloud solution designs and ensure security requirements are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct cloud security risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews
• Identify security gaps, control deficiencies, and recommend remediation actions
• Partner with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, infrastructure, and technology teams to implement cloud security controls
• Provide security architecture guidance for cloud transformation initiatives
• Support secure adoption of AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions within cloud environments
• Drive security governance and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and implement solutions related to Zero Trust, IAM, PAM, CSPM, and Data Protection
• 9–11 years of experience in Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Cybersecurity, or Information Security
• Strong experience designing security architectures across Cloud and Hybrid environments
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) security services
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, and OWASP
• Experience with cloud security governance, compliance, audit readiness, and security documentation
