Prudential plc is seeking an experienced Cloud & Infra Lead in India to oversee Azure and Google Cloud infrastructure. You will architect, implement, and govern scalable, secure environments, lead Infra Engineers, and collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and cost.

The role requires 14–16 years in cloud/infrastructure, strong networking, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and vendor management skills.

Qualificações

• 14 to 16 years experience in cloud/infrastructure roles.
• Expertise in Azure cloud components: Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, Monitor, Log Analytics, AKV, SQL Server, AAD, Windows and Linux VMs.
• Expertise in Google Cloud concepts: Buckets/BigQuery/Logging/Monitoring/Cloud Functions.
• Strong networking and connectivity concepts knowledge.
• Familiarity with Power BI Desktop/Workspace and Power Automate.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Python and PowerShell.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; vendor management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture diagrams with components, connectivity and network rules.
• Maintain Low-Level Design documents and infrastructure inventories.
• Ensure stable, scalable, secure infra per Pru GISP standards.
• Coordinate with development and other stakeholders for planning and validation.
• Provide technical guidance to Infra Engineers and Analysts; lead team deliverables.
• Aim for high availability and disaster recovery setups.

We are seeking an experienced Cloud & Infra Lead, who has extensive experience in the Insurance/Finance Industry, to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our multiple initiatives across Group and Local Business Units (LBUs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding Azure and GCP Cloud Infrastructure Concepts, Experience working on multiple Implementations and Cloud Migration projects.

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing the architecture diagrams with components, connectivity and network rules as per application requirement.
• Updating and maintaining the LowLevelDesign documents.
• Ensuring the infrastructure is stable, scalable, secure and as per Pru GISP standards.
• Collaborating with the Development team and functional team ore relevant stakeholders for planning, validation and review the infrastructure
• Providing technical guidance to the Infra Engineers and Analyst.
• Updating and maintaining the Infra inventory/assets
• Review, evaluate and ways to optimise the infrastructure cost
• Investigate the viability of new technologies to optimise our Infrastructure.
• Implement the Infrastructure with High Availability and Disaster Recovery setup.
• Ability to work in high paced critical implementations in parallel.
• Coach, Lead and manage the team deliverables, including delivery optimisation and team productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science
• 14 to 16 years experience
• Expertise in Azure Cloud components such as Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, Monitor, Log Analytics, AKV, SQL Server, AAD, Windows and Linux VMs
• Expertise in Google Cloud concepts and components, Buckets, BigQuery, Logging, Monitoring, Cloud Functions.
• Expertise in Networking and Connectivity Concepts.
• Knowledge of PoweBI Desktop/Workspace and Power Automate.
• Knowledge/hands on experience with Terraform, Python and PowerShell.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Familiarity with Usage of JIRA and Sprint Methodology.
• Excellent Vendor Management skills and experience in managing vendor teams
