The vacancies are suitable for candidates belonging to category of Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) viz.

Science

Locomotor Disability including Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims with disability i.e. One leg affected (R or L) (OL) or One arm affected (R or L) (OA).

The post is temporary but likely to continue indefinitely. Group-"A" General Duty Medical Officer of Indian System of Medicine.

Pay Scale: Level- 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. Age: 38* years.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATIONAL: (i) Degree in Unani of a recognized University or Statutory State Board/Council of equivalent recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970). (ii) Enrolment in State Register or Central Register of Unani.

NOTE: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
