Job summary

New Horizons Child Development Centre in Gujarat seeks a Clinical Psychologist to assess and counsel children with special needs and their families, ensuring adherence to clinical SOPs and maintaining daily log sheets. The role supports ongoing professional development through clinical meetings and team knowledge sharing.

Open to freshers and experienced candidates; Masters in Clinical Psychology is required. Evening shift, full-time position based in Vadodara.

Qualifications

• Masters in Clinical Psychology; preferably from Mumbai location
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates
• Experience: Total work 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Takes counselling of parents and children assigned to them as per goals set by the Developmental Paediatrician/ the child’s intervention plan.
• Completes the daily log sheets at work itself.
• Ensures that the Clinical and Non Clinical SOPs are being followed without deviation.
• Attends Clinical Meetings with focus on learning and development.
• Contributes and shares knowledge with team members during the Clinical Meetings.
• Actively participating and contributing to events organized by the organization.
