About the Role
Dreamtime Learning School is looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological well‑being. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling experience and the ability to work closely with students, parents, and educators to create a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students.
- Assess students’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs.
- Develop personalized intervention and support plans.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to address student concerns.
- Conduct psychological assessments and maintain confidential records.
- Support students facing academic stress, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and social‑emotional issues.
- Organize mental health awareness programs and workshops for students, parents, and staff.
- Ensure adherence to ethical counseling practices and confidentiality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or related field (M.Phil / RCI registration preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of counseling experience, preferably in a school or child counseling environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Laptop mandatory.
