Job summary

Medpace is seeking an entry-level Clinical Project Coordinator for our Thane site to support day-to-day clinical trial management and collaborate closely with the CTM to ensure timely task delivery with accuracy.

Responsibilities include updating CTMS with milestones and enrollment projections, maintaining eTMF quality, drafting study plans, and coordinating site feasibility, activation, and supply management. Strong communication with regional teams, vendors, and sponsors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences field.
• Ability to coordinate/present at internal/external meetings and conference calls.
• Strong computer skills across word processing, databases, Excel and Windows.
• Knowledge of CTMS/eTMF workflows is advantageous.

About the Department & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Project Coordinator – Entry Level, you will:

Engage in Clinical Trial Management

• Work on a day-to-day level in clinical trial management.
• Collaborate closely with the project CTM for the timely delivery of recurrent tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Project-specific Tasks

• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports.
• Update CTMS with study milestones, enrollment projections, etc.
• Update eTMF and perform ongoing eTMF QC.

Support Clinical Trial Manager

• Assist the clinical trial manager in drafting study plans and study-specific guidance documents.
