Job summary

Dr. Kns Memorial Hospital invites applications for a Nursing Training Tutor responsible for theoretical and practical nursing education. You will lead training sessions for nursing students and staff, supervise clinical postings, and ensure high standards of patient care and safety.

You will demonstrate and evaluate nursing procedures, coordinate with nursing faculty and hospital departments, and maintain records of attendance and competencies while supporting ongoing education programs.

• Maintain records of clinical attendance, skill assessments, competencies, and student performance.
• Support orientation, induction, skill-lab training, and continuing education programmes for nursing students and staff.
