Qualifications

• Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition with clinical guidelines knowledge.
• Experience in medical nutrition therapy and weight management.
• Counseling skills including motivational interviewing and patient education.
• Recognition or registration in Dietetics/Nutrition preferred.
• Experience in clinical or weight management settings and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication with client-centered approach and cultural sensitivity.
• On-site work in New Delhi with structured full-time schedule.
• Comfort using digital tools for tracking progress and appointments.

Role Description

The Clinical Dietician will provide individualized nutrition assessments and develop evidence-based diet and weight management plans for clients enrolled in Nutridocs programmes. In this full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, the dietician will conduct one-on-one consultations, monitor progress, and adjust plans to support sustainable behaviour change and health outcomes. Daily responsibilities include interpreting medical and lifestyle information, delivering medical nutrition therapy, offering practical nutrition education, and collaborating with fitness and behavioural specialists. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, participating in case discussions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Nutridocs protocols and client resources.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply current evidence-based guidelines to diverse client needs.
• Expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy and Human Nutrition for managing weight and related health conditions.
• Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including motivational interviewing and client education for sustainable habit change.
• Recognised degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field; relevant clinical certification or registration is preferred.
• Experience in clinical or weight management settings, with familiarity in interpreting medical reports and working alongside healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred, non-judgemental approach and strong cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage a structured full-time schedule, and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for tracking progress, managing appointments, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
