Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a Clinical Data Specialist focused on Clinical Database Programming. The role involves developing and reviewing complex edit checks, patient profile listings and datasets for validation across multiple systems such as Cognos, SAS and J-Review, aligned with study requirements.

The candidate should have BE with 7–11 years of experience in clinical data management, and be prepared to work in rotational shifts as part of the data management team within a global delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in data management activities including discrepancy review, query generation and resolution.
• Ability to develop and review edit checks, patient listings and data validation datasets.
• Understanding of study requirements and applicable systems used for validation and reporting.

What would you do?

• Develop and review complex edit checks, patient profile listings, reports, preprocessing checks & map datasets for validation based on study requirements using different tools techs such as Cognos SAS, J-Review, or any other applicable systems.
• The Clinical Data Management team focuses on the collection integration and availability of data at appropriate quality and cost The team is responsible for performing data management activities including discrepancy review query generation and resolution The team is also responsible for creating CRF Completion Guidelines CCG and SAE reconciliation guidelines They help identify and raise protocol deviations in the database perform edit check validation by creating test cases write test scripts and carry out database validation UAT against the specified CRF ECRF The team also managing clinical data management projects
