Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Data Svs Analyst in Bengaluru with BE and 3–5 years of experience in clinical data services. You will develop and review edit checks, patient profiles, reports, and map datasets for validation using Cognos, SAS, and J-Review.

You will perform data management activities including discrepancy review, query generation, SAE reconciliation guidelines, and UAT against CRF/ECRF. The role involves collaboration within a team and possible rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review complex edit checks, patient profile listings, reports, preprocessing checks and map datasets for validation based on study requirements using Cognos, SAS, J-Review or other applicable systems.
• Perform data management activities including discrepancy review, query generation and resolution.
• Create CRF Completion Guidelines, CCG and SAE reconciliation guidelines; identify protocol deviations in the database; perform UAT against CRF/ECRF.
• Manage clinical data management projects as part of a team and provide analysis and problem solving for lower-complexity tasks.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

What would you do?

• Develop and review complex edit checks, patient profile listings, reports, preprocessing checks & map datasets for validation based on study requirements using different tools techs such as Cognos SAS, J-Review, or any other applicable systems.

The Clinical Data Management team focuses on the collection integration and availability of data at appropriate quality and cost The team is responsible for performing data management activities including discrepancy review query generation and resolution The team is also responsible for creating CRF Completion Guidelines CCG and SAE reconciliation guidelines They help identify and raise protocol deviations in the database perform edit check validation by creating test cases write test scripts and carry out database validation UAT against the specified CRF ECRF The team also managing clinical data management projects
