Job summary

Perceptive is hiring a Clinical Data Programmer to translate business requirements into efficient data pipelines for clinical trials. You will design, code, test, and document programs to extract, transform, and validate data, ensuring integrity across eCRFs and datasets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, strong programming skills (PL/SQL, Python, SAS, R), and familiarity with CDISC standards. Growth opportunities and a collaborative, fast-paced environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in clinical data programming.
• Proficient in programming languages used for data analysis (PL/SQL, Python, SAS, R).
• Knowledge of CDISC CDASH/SDTM/ADaM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and identify opportunities to drive efficiency in data handling.
• Extract, transform, and validate clinical data for accuracy and consistency across projects.
• Develop and maintain data extraction/validation programs and data quality checks.
• Perform data cleansing and integration to make data fit for analysis.
• Prepare standard reports and support data setup for eCRF design.
• Adhere to GCP and data governance policies.
