Job Title: Client Solution Owner in making(Techno-Functional) – Airline Solutions
Role Summary
The Client Solution Owner is accountable for end-to-end customer solution success across implementation, configuration, technical alignment,
and value realization

- Guide the client by proposing appropriate solution approaches and trade-offs
- Ensure delivery of a minimal, value-focused configuration aligned with business objectives
- Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation and refinement of backlog items
- Translate client requirements into well-defined backlog items, in collaboration with the delivery team
- Ensure non-development activities (e.g training preparation, testing support, environment setup) are represented and prioritised in the backlog
- Involve the client in acceptance and validation activities and manage change requests
- Contribute to planning and scheduling based on sprint plans and delivery progress
- Review sprint outcomes and confirm that delivered functionality meets intended objectives
- Accept or reject delivered features and decide readiness for client delivery.
- Own the complete client solution lifecycle from requirement discovery to production rollout and post-go-live stabilization
- Guide customers on solution design, architectural trade-offs, scalability considerations, and operational impacts
- Translate airline operational requirements into technically actionable backlog items aligned with system architecture
- Drive backlog prioritization with a clear understanding of business value, technical debt, and platform constraints
- Participate in solution architecture discussions covering APIs, integrations, data flows, performance, and security
- Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, accessibility, security, compliance) are defined and validated
- Oversee integration touchpoints including crew systems, operational control, payment gateways, OAuth providers, CRMs, and third-party APIs
- Lead client validation cycles (UAT), manage change requests, and govern scope evolution
- Review sprint deliverables for functional accuracy, API consistency, performance benchmarks, and production readiness
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on environment setup, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud deployments
Required
- Product configuration and extension – Configure and extend existing functionality, including business logic, data models, reporting, and user interface adaptations
- Integration design and implementation – Design, build, and evolve integration points with internal systems as well as customer and third-party products
- DevOps and delivery enablement – Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release delivery to support reliable and repeatable deployments
- Client collaboration and requirements capture – Work closely with client stakeholders to understand operational needs and business objectives, translating these into implementable requirements
- Quality-driven development – Apply strong development practices, including automated test development and continuous validation, to ensure solution quality and maintainability
Domain & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong airline domain knowledge (crew tracking, operational control, manpower planning)
- Experience with ForeFlight (Crew Tracking and related modules) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to engage both technical architects and airline business leadership
- Certification: IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS 2019–2022) preferred
