Responsibilities
Strategic Client Relationship Management
  • Build and cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs, business objectives, and market dynamics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing high-quality service and proactively managing their expectations.
  • Anticipate client needs and propose innovative, customized solutions to support their long-term growth and success.
Effective Project Management

Support the management of complex marketing projects, from the briefing stage to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, objectives, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, etc.) to ensure the flawless execution of projects and the achievement of desired results.
  • Carefully monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues promptly, and communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of agency experience, though candidates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
