Role Description:
The Client Servicing Executive is the primary point of contact for the company's clients. They should possess strong communication, interpersonal, accounting, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with management to develop creative solutions for prospective and existing clients.
  2. Identify new opportunities to contribute to client business growth.
  3. Manage key accounts effectively.
  4. Coordinate with teams such as Creative, Product Development, Delivery & Fulfillment, and Operations.
  5. Generate future business from existing clients.
  6. Foster a productive and empowering work environment.
  7. Achieve company revenue and business goals.
  8. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring organizational integration.
  9. Lead new business initiatives and plan staffing accordingly.
  10. Partner with planning and creative agencies, and internal teams on new or existing opportunities.
  11. Perform client negotiations and management with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  12. Minimum Qualifications:
